Something for Everyone at the Flea Market

With plenty of shopping opportunities around the corner, let’s talk about the underrated flea market. It’s a place where you can find a multitude of items for any age, from infants to adults, all at an affordable price. Talk about an amazing deal! Below, we have a couple options for anyone in your life: babies, kids, teens, and adults alike. Hopefully these ideas are helpful and you’ll have fun shopping the next time you stop by a flea market.

BABIES

-Little outfits: a cute little pair of “Mary Jane” shoes or booties can go great with little dresses or pants this holiday season. Plus, just think of how cute the little guy or girl will look?! Something affordable that’s also adorable? Sign us up!

-Plushies: Every little one needs a little companion in their life. Whether it’s a tiny Minion or a stuffed dog plush toy, there’s something for every preference at the market. They can be soft, squishy, or even make noise to entertain babies at play or before a nap. Cute and convenient, you really can’t go wrong with this buy.

KIDS

-Beanie Babies or other TY toys: A total classic, Beanie Babies are still a mainstay in today’s world. From the ever so popular teddy bear to the newer animals like a dragon, you are sure to find an animal that your child will love. There’s also namesakes like Hello Kitty, and even ones from popular stores like Claire’s in the mix, so be on the lookout for all of these the next time you stop into the market.

-Memorable tees: Calling all Disney fans, this is for you! Disney always has classic tee shirts up for sale as souvenirs, and now those must-haves are at your local flea market! From the Disney logo, to Mickey Mouse and all his friends, you can find one that your kid will want to wear again and again. It’s not just Disney – lots of companies have gotten into the game of branding tee shirts with their logo or famous faces, so whatever you’re in the mood for, I bet it will be in store if you go!

TEENS

-Phone cases: Teens these days are always on their phones, so why not play into that and grab a cell phone case? You can get a great deal on different colors or designs at a market, plus even find some collectible ones that might be out of stock elsewhere. Even if there’s a supposedly obscure one, like say, a lime green or a rose floral case, you can bet you’d be able to find it at a flea market!

-Decorative throw pillows: You know those sayings like “Home is where the heart is” or “Life’s a beach?” Get them on a pillow to proudly display in your bedroom or living area! Even if you’re not the hugest fan of little one liners, you can find some pretty intricate designs at markets, like chevron or polka dot. They are perfect for everyone, but teens will especially like them for being “[Insta]gram worthy.” A picture-perfect pillow? Yes, please!

ADULTS

-Luggage: Ladies and gents alike are always on the go, from work conferences to big parties, everyone needs a dependable suitcase or tote bag to get them from A to B. Whether you just need a carry-on, or a whole new set of luggage, you’re sure to find exactly what you want at the market. There’s a superb color range and a variety of styles, so it can fit your every travel need.

-Makeup: Who doesn’t love a good contour or a sparkly eyeshadow now and then? I know I do! Whether you want a $3 foundation from Wet n’ Wild or that coveted Maybelline mascara, there’s plenty to choose from when it comes to makeup at the flea market. You might even be able to find super-great deals, like $0.99 nail polish or previously discontinued brands (RIP Revlon Moisture Lip Stain). Be sure to check out your local market to see what you can get!
