These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Treasure Hunt mobile application ("App") provided by Visitors Flea Market ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is available to users of all ages. If you are under 13, you should use the App with parental or guardian supervision. No personal information beyond a display name is required.
The Treasure Hunt App is a free, gamified experience at Visitors Flea Market in Kissimmee, Florida. Users scan QR codes at vendor booths, answer trivia questions, earn points, and unlock rewards. The App is designed to enhance your visit to the flea market.
You may create a profile with a display name. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile. Game progress including points, levels, and achievements is stored on your device.

Rewards earned through the treasure hunt are subject to availability and may be redeemed only at participating vendor booths at Visitors Flea Market. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any reward program at any time.
The App uses your device camera to scan QR codes. You should only scan QR codes displayed at official vendor booths within Visitors Flea Market. We are not responsible for QR codes scanned outside of the market premises.
All content, design, graphics, and gameplay mechanics in the App are owned by Visitors Flea Market and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visitors Flea Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or game progress.
When using the App at Visitors Flea Market, please be aware of your surroundings. Do not use the App while walking in crowded areas without paying attention to your environment. Visitors Flea Market is not responsible for any injuries that occur while using the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Osceola County, Florida.
