How Vendor Payments Work at Visitors Flea Market

Visitors Flea Market is home to more than 225 active vendor booths in a 50,000-square-foot, fully air-conditioned indoor marketplace on Highway 192 in Kissimmee, just minutes from Walt Disney World. Once your lease is finalized with the on-site management team, you receive a personal invitation to activate your account in our secure online tenant portal. From that point on, every charge, payment, statement, and receipt is tracked in one place so you always know where you stand.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • ACH bank transfer — the fastest and lowest-cost option, with no processing fee for vendors
  • Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express — processed securely through the portal
  • Auto-pay — set it once and your monthly rent is collected automatically on the due date
  • In person — cash, check, or money order at the on-site office during business hours

Billing Schedule

Booth rent is billed on the first of each month with a courtesy grace period through the fifth. Setting up auto-pay through the portal avoids late fees and keeps your billing in good standing. If you ever have a question about a charge, you can dispute it directly through the portal and our accounting team will respond within one business day.
